Creating and allocating a test consignment using the Delivery Manager GUI is the recommended means of verifying that your carrier services, costs and charges have been configured correctly.
You should send the resultant label to the carrier for approval, if this is required.
Log into the Delivery Manager Delta environment using the Administrator Login and Password that were generated when your account was set up. Only once your configuration is working satisfactorily in the Delta environment, should you copy it to your own Production environment.

Click Create Consignment:

Proceed as in Consignment Creation.
Allocate the consignment, ensuring that the required services are made available for selection, and that the costs and charges are as required given the weight and number of parcels,
If the label is awaiting carrier approval prior to the service going live (refer to step 3 of Activating your Carrier Services), then you need to send the label to the carrier. Provided that the carrier then approves the label, you can set the service to live (refer to step 4 of Activating your Carrier Services).
