Understand any changes to parcels in your warehouse

You may want visibility of changes made to Delivery Manager orders in the warehouse, prior to being despatched. This gives you insight on who is modifying orders and the changes being made.

This article will show you how to use the User activity report to identify any parcels that have been modified in the warehouse, as well as who made the modification.

Depending on the change, this report will help you understand any unusual activity and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

The report highlights several different actions including Created consignments, Created Parcels, Printed Parcels, Deallocated Parcels, Reprinted Parcels, Weight changed parcels, Address changed parcels, and Value changed parcels.

This article will focus on when an individual alters the value of a parcel.

  1. Scroll down to the Changed the consignment value table:

  2. Click on the individual to highlight them:

  3. Right click to Show all, this enables you to drill down further on specific changes made to shipments:

  4. Scroll right on the table until you see the column Value Change Event. This shows what the value of the consignment currently is and what it was changed from:

  5. You can also look up the consignments in Delivery Manager to gain further context:

  6. Use this information to take the necessary steps to resolve the issue and understand the reason behind the unusual activity.
