To improve your customer delivery experience, it's crucial to understand how often you're meeting your customer delivery promise. This enables you to take the steps needed to improve customer satisfaction.

This article will show you how to use the Customer on-time deliveries report, to identify your on-time delivery percentage, in relation to your customer delivery promise.

  1. Look at the On-time delivery percentage by customer delivery promise date chart.

  2. This chart shows you how often you are meeting the delivery promise you made to the consumer at checkout.

You can also see early deliveries as there are cases where an early delivery isn’t positive, for example if a customer has specified a time slot for their delivery.
