Look at the On-time delivery percentage by customer delivery promise date chart.

This chart shows you how often you are meeting the delivery promise you made to the consumer at checkout.
You can also see early deliveries as there are cases where an early delivery isn’t positive, for example if a customer has specified a time slot for their delivery.

Use the Delivery Measure filter to switch between first delivery attempt and actual delivery.
