Identify and resolve delays in parcel despatch


Parcels without labels will not be despatched from the warehouse. If an issue is stopping a parcel from moving to the next warehouse status (becoming manifested), intervention is required to prevent failed delivery promises.  

This article will show you how to use the Unprinted warehouse parcels report to identify parcels due for despatch today and prioritise the most urgent for collection by the carrier.

  1. Filter Planned Despatch Date and click Update, so that you’re only looking at parcels that are due for despatch today.

  2. Scroll down until you see the Unprinted parcels by carrier service chart.

  3. Click on the carrier service with the earliest collection time to highlight it.

  4. To understand more about what is causing the delays, right click to Show all.  

  5. See a list of all unprinted parcels according to this carrier service.

  6. Look up specific consignments up in Delivery Manager.

    Take the relevant steps to resolve the issue so that you can move the parcel onto the next warehouse status.
