Intervene with undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is undeliverable, it will have a negative impact on your customer's delivery experience.

This article will show you how to use the Undeliverable parcels report to identify any parcels that were not delivered.

You can then reach out to the relevant customers and offer compensation to reduce the impact of failed delivery promises.

  1. Filter Manifest date, so that you're looking at all parcels that were manifested 3 days ago but haven't been delivered.

  2. Look at the Total undeliverable parcels section.

  3. To find out more details about the undeliverable parcels, right click to Show all.

  4. You’ll now see a full list of undeliverable parcels.

  5. You can see the order number and also look up the orders in Delivery Manager.

    Reach out to the customer, helping to reduce the impact of failed delivery promises.
