Intervene with undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is undeliverable, it will negatively impact your customer's delivery experience.

This article shows you how to use the Undeliverable parcels report to identify any parcels that were not delivered.

You can then contact the relevant customers and offer compensation to reduce the impact of failed delivery promises.

  1. Filter Manifest date, so that you're looking at all parcels that were manifested 3 days ago but haven't been delivered.

  2. Go to the Total undeliverable parcels section.

  3. Right-click Show all to find more details about the undeliverable parcel.

You’ll now see a full list of undeliverable parcels.

You can see the order number and also look up the orders in Delivery Manager.

Contact the customer to help reduce the impact of failed delivery promises.
