Intervene with undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is undeliverable, it will have a negative impact on your customers delivery experience.

In this article we’re going to show you how to use the Undeliverable parcels report to identify any parcels that were not delivered. You can then reach out to the relevant customers and offer compensation to reduce the impact of failed delivery promises.
