Compare carrier late deliveries against SLAs

Understanding carrier performance is crucial in improving your delivery performance and ensuring you're getting the value you are paying for. You need unbiased insight on how your carriers are performing.

This helps you recover costs if they are failing to meet their SLAs. In this article we’re going to show you how to use the Late deliveries report to identify any late deliveries attributed to a specific carrier.

  1. Filter Guaranteed Delivery Date and click Update, so that you’re looking at all late parcels in the last 30 days.

  2. Scroll down to the Late delivery percentage by carrier chart.

  3. Click on the carrier with the highest late delivery percentage to highlight them.

  4. Right click on the carrier and click Show All.

  5. You can now download the full list of late parcels specific to that carrier.

    This can then be shared with the carrier to hold them accountable and potentially recover costs for failing to meet their SLAs.
