What is Intelligence Hub?

Intelligence Hub is a suite of reports that can measure your parcel profile, shipping performance, and delivery success. It’s designed to help functions such as:

There are six content areas, all serving to optimise a specific area of your shipping operation:

  • Parcel profile

  • Warehouse (Live)

  • Delivery time

  • Carrier performance

  • Monitoring of your total end-to-end delivery time performance.

  • Role-Based Dashboards: Tailored views for Customer Service, Warehouse, and Transport & Logistics teams.

  • Proactive Management: Alerts and notifications for immediate issue resolution.

  • Standalone Intelligence: Ingest and analyze shipments from third-party platforms via API or file upload.

  • Data Enrichment: Ability to append missing information (like customer promise dates) to existing shipment records.
