Why add one?
Adding a favicon helps create a seamless branded journey between your various ecommerce experiences. It also ensures customers can easily identify tracking pages with your brand.
Adding a Favicon to your brand's tracking page
To add a favicon to your tracking page, on the Brand logo and Favicon page, click Upload my own favicon.
Selecting this tells you the requirements needed for the image you upload. It must be 260 x 260px and in PNG format.
Note
260 x 260px ensures icons render perfectly across multiple devices, giving your customers the optimal experience, no matter the device they’re using.
To select the favicon image you want to upload click Upload your favicon image.
Then select your image from the files on your computer.
You’ll now see a preview with your logo included in the browser tab for your branded tracking page.
In order to set your brand favicon live, you will need to publish or re-publish your tracking page.
Caution
Safari and Firefox have a known caching problem. This may cause the customer to see older versions of your favicon. Clearing the cache or refreshing the page might resolve this issue.
