Why are Consumers seeing Untracked or Part-Tracked Consignments?

Untracked and part-tracked parcels will still appear on a consumer's tracking page.

Because Delivery Tracker has no way of knowing whether a parcel was shipped on an untracked or part-tracked carrier service, the messaging to the consumer cannot be modified. This means that such parcels will stay in the Processing state and then be flagged as Late once the latest delivery date passes.

Currently, the only means of preventing this is not to send a Delivery Tracker link to consumers who selected an untracked or part-tracked service at checkout.
