How can Consumers change the page's language?

Your consumers will see their current language (initially selected from their browser settings) in the top right hand corner of the screen:

Once they click on it, they will be presented with a menu of the currently available languages, e.g.

After they make their selection, all the tracked events, together with the fixed content on the page, and any translated messages (refer to Manage Translations), will be updated to reflect the selected language.

This selection will be retained for future visits if they accept the site cookies.
