You can collect delivery experience feedback from your consumers by activating the ratings panel. They rate their experience by selecting between 1 and 5 stars:
They can then leave feedback via a free text box, before clicking Send feedback:
The ratings panel is non-customisable, but, in Edit Mode, you can toggle between Show Panel and Hide Panel to turn it on and off as required.
