This topic shows you how to generate the customs documents for allocated overseas shipments.
Note
The topic pre-supposes that, when you were creating the deliveries, you specified a recipient address in a different trading block. For example, if you are shipping from inside the EU, the address needs to be in a non-EU country to require customs declarations. And if, for example, you are shipping from the U.S., then the address needs to be one in a non-U.S. jurisdiction. Refer to Printing Properties.
Log into the Delivery Manager Delta environment using either the Administrator Login and Password or one of the user accounts that were created:

Click Home and then select the Allocated status, followed by Search, to display the orders that have been allocated to carriers but which have not yet had labels printed.
Note
If you only wish to print documents for a single consignment, select the tick box to the left of the consignment, click the Print icon to the right, and make a selection in the Print dialog to output the documents. The status of the consignment automatically changes to Ready to Manifest.
Proceed as follows:

In the left hand column in the above screenshot, tick the boxes against the required consignments.

Click on the Advanced button shown above to display the available bulk options.

Click Print Selected Labels.

A Print dialog is displayed to allow you to select the required printer/output format.

Click Print to output the labels and associated customs documents. The latter can be commercial invoices, CN23s (for consignments that are £270 or more in value), or CN22s that form part of the label, e.g.

The statuses of the consignments change to Ready to Manifest.
