Learn how to create a consignment for carrier pickup and return.
Log into the Delivery Manager Delta environment using either the Administrator Login and Password or one of the user accounts that were created:
Click Create Consignment:
Proceed as follows:
On the New Consignment screen, change Delivery to Pick-up at the top:
Complete the details the opposite way round to the way in which you would create a delivery consignment, that is, enter details about the consumer (the person from whom the consignment is to be picked up) under the Collection tab instead of the Delivery tab. For example:
The warehouse details appear under the Delivery tab.

For No. of Parcels, details for each individual parcel can be added under the Details tab, and details about individual products within a parcel can be added under the Products tab.
For Weight, you can either enter this for the overall consignment; or go to the Details tab, specify Parcel Detail Level instead of Consignment Detail Level, and specify the weights of the individual parcels.
The overall consignment weight under the Delivery tab is then calculated automatically. For more information about this, refer to Adding Parcel and Product details.
Click Save Changes in the top right hand corner of the screen.
If the mandatory information has been entered, an Order Reference is generated automatically together with a Consignment Code. The consignment has a status of Unallocated.
To add a product to one of the parcels, click the Products tab and, under the required parcel, click Add Product. You can then enter the fields shown in the following screenshot:
To add further products, repeat the previous step as required.
Click Save changes in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Move to Allocating the returns consignment.
