Your Metapack implementation consultant first needs to set you up with a Retailer account within Delivery Manager.
The term 'Retailer' here can equally refer to a seller or shipper - anyone who uses Metapack's Shipping platform to despatch parcels.
This account is used to store your organisation’s warehouse setup, users and carrier services configuration. You will need to provide the address and collection details for your warehouse, and supply the code and name by which it is to be referred.
Once the account and default warehouse have been set up, the consultant will provide you with your automatically generated Administrator Login and Password, and the name and code of your default warehouse.
