SSO in Delivery Manager

We're pleased to announce that Single Sign-On (SSO) is now supported in Product Delivery Manager for a smoother and more secure login experience.

Prerequisites for Enabling SSO

To use SSO with Delivery Manager, the following conditions must be met:

  • Custom URL Access: Your users must access Delivery Manager via a Custom URL (e.g., yourcompany.deliverymanager.com).

  • SAML 2.0-Compatible Identity Provider (IdP): Your organization’s Identity Provider must support SAML 2.0 to integrate successfully.

  • User Provisioning: All users must already exist in Delivery Manager. SSO will not create new accounts — it will only authenticate existing users.
