Metapack Intelligence: Improved exception categorisation in Live Carrier Dashboard We've updated the Live Carrier - Live parcels potentially delayed dashboard in Metapack Intelligence. The chart now categorizes all parcels that have received an exception scan (at any point) into Info, Action, or Fatal groups. This update aligns with the rest of the dashboard. |
