Drilling through to the Pickup Exceptions tab

This tab allows you to view the parcels selected following a Drillthrough from one of the carrier/'carrier service' or time period cells shown above, e.g.

A box shows the Normalised Status column on the Pickup Exceptions report

The Normalised Status on the right allow you to see why the parcels have not been picked up (e.g. No Scan or Electronic Advice Received).
