Intelligence Hub (formerly known as Metapack Intelligence) is a suite of reports designed for ecommerce retailers to measure their shipping operations. It provides customers greater visibility of shipments, associated tracking, carrier labels, and manifests that were created in Delivery Manager. This allows you to report on warehouse or store operations, carrier delivery performance, and the customer delivery experience.
There are three plans available:
- Intelligence Hub Essential provides Metapack Shipping customers with an overview of their warehouse and carrier operations against predefined filters and the ability to download report parcel data.
- Intelligence Hub Advanced extends Essential by adding near real-time updates to the dashboards, increased data retention to 13 months, and additional detailed views of a shipper’s warehouse, shipping profile, in-flight shipments, as well as carrier performance. Dashboards allow cross-filtering and drill-downs to identify specific issues at a parcel-level.
- Intelligence Hub Premium extends Advanced with an increase in data retention to 2 years, while also incorporating the Intelligence Hub Feed (MI Feed). The Premium tier introduces advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning features. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and should be reviewed by the user before being relied upon. Use of “Ask Metapack” is subject to the “Ask Metapack Fair Use Cap” specified below.
To work effectively, Intelligence Hub has some prerequisites:
- Data accuracy may be impacted by tracking event delays, untracked services, and unexpected non-working days.
- Metapack is reliant on carriers for the timeliness and quality of the tracking data and retailers for the accuracy of parcel parameters and delivery promise. Metapack will help identify issues and work with customers and carriers to resolve any tracking data quality issues.
- Metapack reserves the right to limit the number of parcels downloaded in each individual request to balance the product experience.
- For parcels not created on a Metapack Shipping platform, data is only visible in Intelligence Hub if you provide all of the mandatory data via our API or File-based integration. Please check here.
- Tracking for such parcels will be collected where the carrier integration is supported in the Metapack ecosystem.
- Carrier names and services will need to be supplied to conform with the a list as supplied by Metapack and standard service level agreements for transit times.
