You may sometimes see additional charges on your invoice. If you have a Shipping plan, this is based on your label volumes.
If your total shipping label count ever exceeds the limit of your plan, we won’t interrupt your service. Instead, you’ll see an additional charge on your invoice at the end of the billing period.

For your Shipping plan
When you choose a committed volume shipping plan, you’ll decide how many shipping labels you want to commit to. The number you choose determines your pricing tier and your label limit for the billing period.
If you're billed monthly, your shipping label limit is the same as the monthly Shipping labels included. If you're billed annually, your shipping label limit is the monthly Shipping labels included, multiplied by the months in the billing period.
Sometimes, your shipping volumes might grow more than you expected, or you might create more labels than usual in a specific billing period.
If you go over the shipping label limit for your tier, we’ll charge you an additional charge per label.
For example, if you have the Essentials plan, with a limited of 10,000 labels per month, billed annually. If after 12 months you have created 12,100 labels, you will be charged for 100 additional labels at £0.0390 each, making the total additional charge £3.90.
