New Metapack Shipping pricing plans

Essentials and Professional are two new Metapack shipping pricing plans. Both plans are designed to support smaller and less complex shippers.

Shipping Platform

Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) support

If you become a Metapack customer after May 2021, these pricing plans determine which capabilities and capability levels of the Shipping Platform you can access.

  • IOSS number (IOSSNumber)

  • Order shipping charge (orderShippingCharge)

  • Insurance charge (insuranceCharge)

  • Other charge (otherCharge)

Note

These new fields are supported only by v5 (the latest version) of the Shipping SOAP API.

Shipping Platform

Delivery Options now supports imperial weights and measures in addition to the metric system.
