Rebranding to Intelligence Hub and Open Beta

We’ve rebranded Metapack Intelligence to Intelligence Hub and launched an Open Beta for users on the Advanced tier.

New dashboards give you a heartbeat view into the Operations to quickly find the most common metrics.

We’ve made changes to the drill-through reports to ensure a more consistent data structure and naming convention across all Intelligence Hub reports, providing a uniform experience regardless of the shipment's origin. There are still differences in some reports based on the context of the reports, but the set of core fields will be available.

We have enhanced the Warehouse selection across multiple screens, including the Consignments view, by introducing searchable dropdown menus.

This improvement allows you to quickly filter and find the correct warehouse by name or ID, streamlining navigation and reducing manual scrolling in your daily workflows.

Quick Search Reliability Fix in Delivery Manager

We’ve resolved an issue on the Home page where searching for a consignment occasionally failed to return results on the first attempt. This fix ensures that the search functionality triggers correctly and retrieves your data immediately upon the first click.

Delivery Manager: Consignment Search Consistency Fix

We’ve fixed an issue on the Consignment screen where specific filter settings were not being maintained when navigating between pages.

Previously, navigating to the next page of results would reset the Carrier Service filter, displaying shipments for all services rather than the selected one. This fix ensures that all active filters, including specific carrier services, remain applied as you browse through multiple pages of results.

Dangerous Goods Identifier for Delivery Manager

We have introduced a new Dangerous Goods identifier on the Consignment screen. You can now spot hazardous material shipments directly from the main view. This update improves safety compliance and visibility without opening individual shipment details.

Delivery Manager: New Dedicated Product URL Field

We have introduced a dedicated Product URL field across the Delivery Manager (DM) platform and API suite. Previously, this information often had to be passed through non-standard fields; this update standardises how digital product links are shared with carriers and customs authorities.

Key Updates:

  • API Enhancements: A new `ProductURL` field is now available in both REST and SOAP schemas at the product level.

  • UI Visibility: This field has been added to the Delivery Manager user interface, allowing for better visibility and manual management when required.

  • Simplified Customs Compliance: This dedicated field ensures that essential product data can be passed seamlessly to carriers to meet global customs requirements.

New Returns Activation Report in Intelligence Hub

We’ve added a Returns Activation Report to the Intelligence Hub Advanced and Premium tiers to help you track the lifecycle of a return from label creation to carrier collection.

Key Features:

  • Usage Tracking: Monitor "Activated" returns (labels picked up by a carrier) and "Printed" returns as a percentage of your total outbound volume.

  • Volume Metrics: View real-time counts for outbound parcels, printed labels, and successfully activated returns.

  • Geographical Insights: Analyse return rates for markets and compare against the outbound parcel volume to identify regional trends.

  • Full Auditing: Includes standard MI filters and drill-through capabilities for granular, parcel-level analysis.

  • New "Shipment Type" Filter: All dashboards now include a toggle to filter by Outbound, Return, or Both, giving you instant control over your data views.

  • Smarter Data Segregation: By identifying returns at the point of allocation, we provide more accurate performance metrics for both your delivery and return logistics.
