The Metapack interface in Salesforce is installed with default Metapack values that can be used to supply values that may not be present in the Salesforce system.
When the relevant records are created, these default values are populated automatically to ensure that no errors occur when information is sent to the Metapack Shipping API.
The default values can be modified as required. The consignment defaults are stored in CAP_MP_Consignment_Defaults custom metadata, and the shipment defaults are stored in CAP_MP_Shipment_Defaults custom metadata.
Each default field is created as a different record that can be toggled as active to enable the default value.
The defaults are not user-specific.
You need to enable the State and Country/Territory Picklist and add all relevant countries to it, e.g.
You then need to add each country that has been added to the above picklist, to the following custom picklist fields:
