At the top of each report, above the title, there is a menu bar containing a Download function:
Selecting this option displays the choice of formats in which the current dataset can be downloaded:
Selecting this option opens a new View Data window where you can choose between a Summary and Full Data view of the current dataset.
You are advised to use the global filters to select the required dataset for the particular report, before downloading the data. Otherwise, the data for the entire report will be downloaded.
You can click Download all rows as a text file to save the dataset as a CSV file. This allows analysis of the underlying line items in a third party application such as Excel.
With the Crosstab function, you need to select a specific worksheet from the report workbook:
When you click Download, the current dataset will then be saved as a CSV file to allow analysis of the underlying line items in a third party application such as Excel.
With the PDF function, you need to specify the view, scaling, paper size and orientation:
If you change the Include option from This View to Specific Sheets, you can select specific worksheets from the report, so that you can download each complete table as a different page of the PDF:
Click Download to create the PDF.
