The reports in this section allow you to check the quality of the tracking data used in the remainder of the reports.
Such data relies on carriers performing both full and regular scans. If there are long time lags between carrier events and you being notified of them, or if you are not being notified of some events at all, then this will obviously affect the reporting data throughout Delivery Intelligence.
In the Service Level report and Carrier Performance by Delivery Date reports, you can leave All selected for Scanned into Carrier Network?, so that data is shown for all parcels, regardless of whether or not they have been scanned.
