Additional Languages

Your consumers automatically view your tracking page in the default language selected during the brand setup wizard.

However, you can add support for additional languages, which you can then preview using the drop-down on the top right of the page.

Which languages are available?

Currently, you can select from:

  • English (UK)

  • French

  • German

  • Spanish

  • Italian

  • Dutch

Note

There are plans to follow these with: Polish, Swedish, Romanian, Norwegian, Finnish, Portuguese, Czech, English (U.S.), Bulgarian, Hungarian, Croatian and Slovenian.

Adding and removing languages

To manage the supported languages for your page, click Select Languages on the brand menu:

This takes you to a screen that shows you your default language, and any additional languages that are currently enabled for the tracking page, e.g.

To add or remove languages, click the Select Languages button, to display the following screen.

Check or uncheck the language(s) that you wish the tracking page to support (or click Select all to check them all, or Clear selection to uncheck them all). Then click Preview changes to review your selection:

If you are not happy with the selected language(s), click No, go back and edit. Otherwise, click Yes, save changes,

Note

You will need to republish your page for the changes to be made available to your consumers.

How do I preview my additional languages?

In the screenshots shown above, there is a Preview Page option on the top right. Click this to display your tracking page, and then click the language in the top right of the page to switch language:

Click on the required language in the menu (now showing all your additional languages).

The fixed panels of the tracking page are now displayed in the newly selected language, which appears in the top right of the page, e.g.

Translating custom messages

The translations in the fixed panels have been validated (wherever possible) by native-speaking employees. However, the messages that you write in the editable panels will not have been translated.

If you want your tracking page to be fully translated for your consumers, you need to submit translations for these messages using the Add translations feature.

Note

If you do not submit translations, the messages in the editable panels will be displayed in your default language, regardless of the language(s) selected by the consumer.
