Additional Languages

Your consumers automatically view your tracking page in the default language selected during the brand setup wizard.

Which languages are available?

You can add any of the following supported languages:

  • English (UK)

  • French

  • German

  • Spanish

  • Italian

  • Dutch

  • Norwegian

  • Polish

  • Swedish

  • Danish

Managing languages

To add, remove and preview the supported languages for your page:

  1. Do either of the following:

    1. Click Select Languages at the top of the tracking page (refer to Editing your Brand's Tracking Page).

    2. Click Select Languages on the brand menu:

  2. You are taken to a screen showing your default language and any additional languages that are currently enabled for the tracking page, e.g.

  3. To add or remove languages, click Edit Languages to display the screen shown in the following example:

  4. Check or uncheck the language(s) that you wish the tracking page to support (or else click Select all to choose them all, or Clear selection to deselect them all save for the default).

  5. Click Preview changes to display the screen shown in the following example:



    You will need to republish your page for the changes to be made available to your consumers.

  6. Click Yes, proceed with update to confirm your selections, or No, go back and edit to modify them.

  7. Once you click Yes, proceed with update, the following confirmation screen is displayed:

  8. If you click Preview page, your tracking page is displayed. Switch languages on the top right of the page to select a language to preview:

  9. The fixed panels of the tracking page are now displayed in the newly selected language, which appears in the top right of the page, e.g.

  10. Once you are happy with your selection of languages, republish your page.


If you want your tracking page to be fully translated for your consumers, you need to submit translations for the messages that you write in the editable panels, using the Manage translations feature.
