Ops Reporting is a shipment reporting suite that is now included with Delivery Manager. It incorporates a set of reports designed to support the following key job areas:
Warehouse
Logistics
eCommerce
Customer Experience
Customer Service
The reporting suite is currently at the Beta stage, which means that there will be regular releases of new features, reports, updates and fixes during the remainder of 2020 and beyond. Customers with access to this Beta will be asked to provide their feedback, with the aim of improving the product's functionality and user experience.
Ops Reporting GA (General Availability) is planned for early 2021.
Ops Reporting is designed to help improve the management of your eCommerce deliveries by providing a clear oversight of your shipping and warehouse operation.
By accessing the various reports, you can:
Monitor the status of shipments that are due for dispatch in your warehouse, to track progress and flag issues.
Measure the overall shipping activity and key metrics for a given period.
See how carriers are performing against their SLAs.
Ascertain whether you are meeting your customer delivery promises.
Highlight any problems with shipments and intervene to ensure that they are successfully delivered.
Highlight any lack of tracking data caused by incomplete carrier scans.
Once your application to join the Beta has been accepted, you will receive the following invitation email from an application called Looker, the platform on which Ops Reporting runs:

Note
If you are expecting the email and cannot see it, you should check your Spam/Junk folder.
To get started with Ops Reporting, you need to click on Activate Your Account in the email. You will then be taken to an account creation screen.
Once you have entered your details and created your password, you can access the Looker dashboard for the following reports:
Note
You are advised to use a desktop or laptop to view the reports, as Ops Reporting has not been fully optimised for tablets and mobiles.
The reports are linked to the data in your Delivery Manager account, so, when you when you drill through to individual parcels, you are automatically taken to that account.
Tip
If you wish to be taken straight to the orders in the Delivery Manager account, log into the account in a separate tab, before opening the reports.
Note
To log into the next Ops Reporting session, go to https://opsreporting.metapack.com/login and enter the email address to which the invitation was sent, followed by the password you created above.
