Live Exchanges

The Live Exchanges feature allows you to make selected items available for exchange from within the Returns portal. When consumers opt for an exchange they will be presented with a selection of relevant replacement items via the interface:

By default, Returns expects both the original and exchange items to be shipped from the same warehouse, and so the WarehouseDCCode of this warehouse must be supplied when an order is created.

In order to make products available for exchange, the following feeds are required:

Product Matching

There are two distinct types of product matching when searching for replacement items:

  1. Returns checks for alternative products from the same family (i.e. the same product but with variations of colour/size).

    The following attributes for both the returned and replacement item must match:
