If you do not wish to use the API described in API Setup to add stores and opening times, you can instead email a CSV or JSON file to Metapack containing the stores to be uploaded.
Note
You always need to provide the full list of stores for every file upload. For example, if 6 stores have previously been added and you want to add 4 more, then the file would need to contain the details of 10 stores.
The upload file should contain the fields used by the API, and these are described in CSV File Import, and referenced in JSON File Import.
Regardless of whether you are using CSV or JSON, the filename should be in the format <RetailerName>-YYYYMMddHHmm.[csv|json].
