New ‘1st Delivery Attempt’ filter in Metapack Intelligence We've added a new filter, 1st Delivery Attempt timestamp, to the Delivery Time - All created parcels and delivery attempts dashboards. This new filter makes it easier to track and view all parcels where a delivery attempt was made (e.g., in the previous week). |

Metapack Intelligence: Live Delivery Problems Filter Fix We've fixed a bug in the Live Delivery Problems dashboard so that now when you apply filters, all tiles will correctly update, including the Download All tile. Previously, applying filters did not correctly update all tiles, which sometimes led to inaccurate counts. This fix ensures that all tiles and their counts are updated correctly when various filters are applied to the dashboard. |

Delivery Manager API: Enhanced Allocation with Printing Properties We've extended the Delivery Manager API allocation method to allow retailers to pass printing properties (such as label format, size, or resolution) directly during the allocation call. This enhancement also enables retailers to dynamically request a specific output type (e.g., paperless or label and paperless). This functionality depends on the carrier's offering. Some services are paperless-only, some offer both, and some do not support paperless output. |
