New Product Profile Dashboard in Metapack Intelligence

We've released a new dashboard in the Profiling area for the Advanced tier of Metapack Intelligence. This dashboard focuses on products shipped within consignments, providing key insights like:

  • The number of product items despatched over time.

  • Where products are being sent.

  • Which products are being imported into specific destination markets.

You can also drill down to the parcel level to view the contents of a specific consignment.

Date Granularity Fix in Profile by Date Chart

We've deployed a bug fix in the Profile by Date dashboard (Advanced tier).

The affected View date by switch has been removed. As a fix, separate charts for day, week, month, and year views have been added directly to the dashboard to ensure all data remains visible.

Previously, the dashboard was truncating data after July 2023.
