New alerting and push reporting in Metapack Intelligence Advanced tier users can now proactively monitor key business events and receive scheduled updates directly to their inboxes. Our 2 new features, Alerts and Scheduled Delivery, both allow you to apply filters for data specific to your needs. Alerts: Set thresholds on any chart or table within MI. When the threshold is met, specified recipients (including external users) receive an email notification. Access this feature via the bell icon on each chart. Scheduled Delivery: Periodically send entire dashboards to specified recipients (including external users) at regular intervals (e.g., daily, weekly). Access this feature via the 'Schedule Delivery' menu option in the top right corner of the dashboard. |
