Paperless support for digital outputs in Delivery Manager

Delivery Manager now supports generating and sharing digital outputs with retailers. For example, you can have QR codes emailed directly to end consumers. This feature enables retailers to reduce warehouse costs by adopting a paperless approach, while also enhancing their sustainability efforts.

Metapack Intelligence dashboards have been extended to see parcels at a postcode level

We have updated several dashboards to let you view parcels at a GB postcode level. The views include:

  • ‘Exceptions area - Parcels in transit’,

  • ‘Exceptions area - Live Untracked parcels’,

  • ‘Performance area - Carrier Delivery Confirmation’,

  • ‘Performance area - Carrier Tracking latency’, and

  • ‘Live warehouse area’.

These dashboard views enable you to gain a deeper understanding of your delivery operation at a more localised level and improve your delivery performance.
