Maps have been updated to use Google Maps

We made a minor change to the Parcel Profile - By Destination dashboard in Metapack Intelligence. It now uses Google Maps for country-destination visualisations. This update is in prep for future mapping content and does not impact functionality or the use of the dashboard.

Bug fix for the Delivered? filter in the All Created Parcels Delivery Time dashboard

The behavior of the Delivered? filter on the Delivery Time - All Created parcels dashboard has been corrected. This filter now operates as designed so that selecting Yes, only returns parcels successfully delivered are shown, and selecting No only returns parcels that are still in transit.

Previously, parcels would only show in the dashboard when setting the filter to Any .

Enhanced drill-through data for Metapack Intelligence

We've enhanced the drill-through screens in Metapack Intelligence to provide more comprehensive parcel-level data on relevant dashboards in both Entry and Advanced tiers.

Previously, many of these fields were only available in DM Custom reports. Now, when drilling down to parcel level, you'll see and can download additional information, including:

Entry Tier Dashboards:

  • Carrier code

  • Carton ID

  • DM Consignment: No

  • Carrier service code

  • Post Code

  • Transaction type

  • Despatch date

Advanced Tier Dashboards: Includes all fields from the Entry tier dashboards, plus:

  • Parcel value

  • Shipping charge

  • Shipping cost

  • Completed Date

  • Consignment created date

  • Consignment despatch date

  • Parcel max dimension

  • Performance indicator

Tracking API & Notifications Webhook: Dynamic expected delivery dates

The Tracking API and Notifications Webhook both have new functionality to support dynamic updates of expected delivery dates (EDD) from carriers for in-flight parcels. When an EDD changes, the payloads for these products will now include the new date along with a flag indicating the update.

Delivery Tracker: Clearer guidance for Feedback Tile

We've made a cosmetic update to the Delivery Feedback tile in Delivery Tracker. The instructions are now more explicit, advising users not to submit personal details and instead to contact Customer Services directly.

Image ad layout stability improved for Delivery Tracker

We've resolved an issue in Delivery Tracker so the layout will now remain stable when you upload and validate multiple image-based ads in Admin mode. Previously, the bug could cause unexpected font size and alignment changes.

Favicon upload issue resolved in Delivery Tracker

We've fixed a bug in Delivery Tracker so you can now upload your favicon without any issues. Previousl, admin users would incorrectly receive an error message when they initially uploaded their favicon.
