The Returns Activated report shows, for each combination of origin warehouse and destination market during the last 50-day rolling period, the number of returns labels that were printed via Metapack, and the number of those that were activated.
The report then shows you the percentage of total outbound shipments that were actively returned, allowing you to take the requisite action.
You can use the report to:

Perform an invoice reconciliation by viewing the number of returns printed per 'trade lane' during a particular accounting period.

See the amount of traffic being received back into the warehouse.

Review customer satisfaction, by comparing the number of returns against the overall number of outbound shipments.
