The Live Status report gives you an overall snapshot of your shipping operation during the last 50-day rolling period.
It shows the numbers or percentages of parcels that are currently at the different tracking statuses, and how many days they have spent at those statuses.
The report allows you to:

Find the parcels that have been at the different exception statuses for unacceptable time periods (e.g. parcels that have been held at the Attempted Delivery status for 7 days). Customer Service Operatives can then drill through to the associated orders in the Parcel Details tab so that they can manage customer expectations.

Detect why SLAs are not being met by filtering the report through different Tracking Statuses. You can then address the associated issues with the relevant carriers.
